This space will be a place to process feelings of grief, loss, and fear of death through community and artistic expression. We will start with a guided creativity meditation, followed by an open collage space, and close with space for reflection and discussion. Materials and tea will be provided, but please feel free to bring any collage supplies. There will also be reflection phrases and prompts for free-writing, collage inspiration and instruction.
